Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the email receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with an item or received the wrong item, please email us [email protected] about returning the unused item.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items and final clearance items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges/returns. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If an item was damaged during the delivery process, you may ask for a refund and return it. If requested, another item of same value will be re-shipped.

If an item was not delivered, we can resend another item free of charge.

If order is missing or lost in transit, we can resend another item free of charge.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you want to exchange the item for a different color, size, please email us to return the item(s) by mail with original receipt and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. You may need to place a new order with the updated item. Once we receive your returned item, we can provide a full refund.
